''Who is responsible for the identity theft?''

The identity theft is one of the major problem of our entire world,because of this problem we can ask ourself who is really responsible for this identity theft? for my own opinion the credit card holders will blame this kind of problem,because the card holders are very gullible,and direct tell to the phishing people what is there password,they did not call first the company if this is true,and should the consumers change their behavior, if theres a kind of theft that they can observe,they call first call the company before they tell everything about their password,the card holders must be an observant about those things.
The appropriate punishment for the identity thieves is whole life imprisonment so that they can realize their own mistakes,and thefts be handled by securing the holders their own credit card password,and not be a gullible, be an observant holders, and the company must be impose a regulations on how to prevent that kind of problem, and my advice to credit card holders they always secure their own password and not be a gullible holders, and everyday they always inquire their own account so that they can know if their account are being stolen or not.
